Shipping Rates

  • Our order processing time is typically 1-2 business days. If orders are placed after 12 am Pacific Time, they may be processed the following business day. For customers in the US, you can expect your items to arrive within 2-5 business days. For our international customers, orders will be dispatched from our US warehouse and should reach you within 10-14 business days, depending on your location. Please note, free shipping options do not cover Alaska, Hawaii, or wholesale orders.
  •  We are eager to offer expedited shipping options for our international customers. However, due to the diverse and unpredictable nature of international shipping services, we are currently unable to provide this service. 

 

  • Shipping Carriers & Services

    U.S Orders: Shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles California. Most are sent via USPS 1st Class, USPS Priority, or FedEx Ground. Unless specified, our system will automatically choose a carrier when your order is processed depends on the size/weight of your order.

    International Orders: All orders are shipped from the US. Our system will automatically choose the fastest and cheapest standard service available. International orders are sent via a wide variety of carriers, and prior to shipping an order, we cannot guarantee which shipping service or warehouse will be used.

  • Customs & Duties

    N-E-S is not responsible for any customs, duties or import fees associated with receiving your order Customs and duties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
